Customer Service Representative

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Process incoming orders, confirm pricing and availability of product

· Identify and establish new accounts while maintaining the current customer base

· Provide technical support to designated product lines

· Prepare pricing and delivery quotations

· Receive, enter, expedite and make changes to customer orders as required

· Issue RGA’s and Credit Memo’s and approve / disapprove short payments

· Initiate corrective action and respond to customer complaints

· Survey and report customer responses quarterly

· Telemarket to existing and potential customers

· Accept and / or process requests for literature or product information

· Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor

· Occasional admin projects for VP Sales


· Minimum Educational Requirements: High School Diploma required. Undergraduate degree preferred.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Handle multiple tasks

· Strong critical thinking and analytical skills

· Effective management of time and resources

· Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
