Inside Sales – Manifold Technical Support

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide technical support to new and existing customers, including trouble shooting, issue resolution, operation, and service of products via E-mail, phone, and/or in person
  • Responsible for customer order entry and order follow through
  • Responsible for responding to customers’ requests for quotes in a timely fashion
  • Recommend custom solutions to customers, if the business case justifies the process
  • Assist customers in the RGA process for products being returned for repair or replacement
  • Identify and establish new accounts
  • Build key account relationships
  • Assist in training external and internal customers on new and existing manifold products
  • Act as the technical leader of the organization for the specific product line
  • Participate on internal cross-functional teams as required or requested
  • Responsible for customer accounts directly, as assigned
  • Other duties assigned by direct supervisor


  • Knowledge of industrial, medical, and special gas applications and markets
  • Knowledge of CGA standards and requirements relating to the product line
  • Knowledge of NFPA codes relating to the product line
  • Knowledge of features and capabilities of new or existing products
  • In-depth knowledge of AS400 system including order entry, DPR, RGA, BOM, and costing and pricing processes
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, and well organized
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written
  • Must possess good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong business acumen
